A San Francisco Wedding at Norwegian Seaman’s Church

It was such a clear day in the city that we all could not stop saying how the weather really came out for C & K. Their two-day celebration in San Francisco was simply wonderful.

First their wedding ceremony venue, which was at the Norwegian Seaman's Church was, wow. It was definitely my first time at this venue and if you’ve never been, as I have and never even knew this place existed - the views are just spectacular. A pretty much 360 view of the city.

If you know San Francisco or the bay in general, the weather is just unpredictable. That kind of clear San Francisco day can sometimes doesn't always show up when you want/need it to, but this time it did! And from the venue’s block, you could see both the Golden Gate bridge on one end at the Bay bridge on the other (sorry, I don’t really know how I could have captured that, at least not in a few frames).

Day 2 and wedding reception No. 2 moved into a reception at one of their favorite bars, the Hi-Lo Club. This time there were several toasts and speeches. One from K’s high school friends from Norway, helped with a playlist track they made to accompany their story share and even a rap session.

This one is easily a highlight of my 2026 season.
