  • An engagement or pre-wedding portrait session offers us a great way to get to know each other and see how I approach photographing you two and our time together. It’s like a little preview before your wedding day. It will also allow you two to get more comfortable in front of the camera. So by the time we see each other again on your special day, you’ll be pros and more often than not, will even forget I’m taking photos on your wedding day, because it will feel as though I am a friend & one of your wedding guests.

So long story short —Yes! You should have an engagement session.

  • While I can give you some location suggestions, I always find it best that you choose a local spot that is meaningful or memorable to you both.

For some that can be their living room and neighborhood cafe. For others it’s their favorite park that they walk their dog at. Or, it’s where you had your first date.

Wherever you choose, we’ll find the right date and time to photograph the two of you there.

And yes —you can bring your dog!

  • Well, that all depends— If you want to use the photos from your session to make printed save the dates, or if you’ll use them for your wedding website or to print out on your wedding day.

Either way, we’ll figure out the best day together - taking into consideration weather and both our schedules.

  • Yes! Of course you can! Email me and I’ll send you a bunch :)
