Two Weddings & A Trolley | A San Francisco Treat
Emi & Noman’s wedding day unfolded across some of San Francisco’s most iconic locations, with two intimate ceremonies and a trolley ride that connected it all.
The day began with a ceremony at San Francisco City Hall, a favorite for couples who want something meaningful, efficient, and visually striking. The architecture alone sets the tone, and their ceremony felt calm, personal, and grounded in the middle of such a grand space.
From there, family and friends piled onto a trolley and made their way through the city to Golden Gate Park, where a second ceremony took place at the National Aids Memorial Grove tucked into a quiet alcove of the park. Surrounded by trees and longtime friends, the ceremony felt serene and community-focused, a complete contrast to the earlier city hall setting, but just as intentional.
After the ceremony, everyone hopped back on the trolley and headed to the Mission District for the reception at Foreign Cinema. The shift from ceremony to celebration felt natural and unhurried, with the day moving through the city in a way that felt very true to San Francisco.
This wedding was photographed in a documentary style, allowing each part of the day to unfold without interruption, from city hall to the park to dinner and dancing.
