I’ve been starting to publish my previous, pre-pandemic intimate weddings (FINALLY!) - so here’s one from the Mendocino Coast at Jug Handle Creek Farm & Nature center.

Part 2!!! Woo hoo!! - Happy Nowruz
It was a three day affair but I arrived on the second day and a little after the start of the early festivities of the second day but when I arrived - I was so welcomed and there were some fun/funny games, a create your own bloody mary and drink bar and a little spa/pamper area too. It reminded me of the annual birthday getaways I would through for my own little community and chosen family here in the bay - oh how I miss those! It’s events like these that really bring together and really have your love & value shine!

I was super excited to get an email from these two and when we scheduled to meet up - after I was supposed to meet up with someone selling their sailboat to me, I was beyond elated. The day was going so well already!

And then the day came and the sailboat sale fell through and I was not in a super good mood but having dinner with Cody & Nikkie made it all the better. It turns out these two are also sailors (ok, not that I’m actually a sailor) and we chatted about their day and how upset I was over losing this sailboat but they reassured me that it was probably for the best and that while I was super bummed- they were awesome and this was the actual silver lining of my day - AND IT WAS!

So again - despite what 2020 threw at us, we persevered. This was my last wedding of 2020.

The couple was fantastic, despite the ups and downs. Their day was just pure magic at their new venue for the very intimate ceremony and celebration at Notre Vue Winery
