Wedding Day!!!
Timeline: NO FIRST LOOKS, SUNSET AT 8:30 PM
1:00 - Photographer arrivals at ceremony, scout portrait locations- prep
1:30 - Photographers start of coverage - getting ready
2:00 - Rolls Royce arrives
3:00 - Ceremony begins
4:10 - Ceremony ends, processional
4:15 - Family portraits (I would prefer outside of chapel, but clients want both inside/outside) look at family list - only people to stay behind please.
5 - 6 pm - Cocktail Hour // PHOTO BOOTH
5:00 - try to arrive at The Terrace Room //
5:15 - Gondola photos and around the lake
5:45 - make way back to reception
6:10 - Grand entrance into bride + groom first dance
6:30 - Dinner service
7:15 - Toasts
7:30 - Father/daughter dance
7:45 - Golden Hour portraits with couple
we might want to do wedding party photos too if we didn’t have time at the chapel
8:30 - SUNSET
8:35 - Return to reception
8:45 - Tosses + Money dance
9:10 - Cake cutting
9:30 - End of Coverage
Final Payment Due
