Thank you so much for taking some time out of your evening to chat with me! It was wonderful to get to know the two of you a little better and to find out more about your wedding day plans.

All options include travel to the venue, any help with logistics & planning, and a site visit if required. Also included is a custom wedding photography timeline to maximize your booked coverage and high resolution digital files with no watermarks for you to download & print wherever you’d like.

Possible Timeline:
3:30 pm - Cherlyn arrives at venue, scouts + preps
3:45 pm - first looks (maybe with son - seeing the both of you dressed up?)
4:00 pm - family portraits
4:30 pm - get tucked away (unless you are ok being out and about)? guests arrive
5:00 pm - Ceremony
5:35 - 6:35 - Cocktail Hour // Photo booth opens
6:40 pm - guests ushered to reception
6:50 pm - Grand entrance/introduction -- could do a little first dance to your seats
7:00 pm - first courses served/salad..or buffet set up/ready, couple eats - plates made already
7:10 pm - tables dismissed to buffet (or dinner service continues)
7:30 pm - couple's portraits // golden hour
7:45 pm - Back to reception
7:50 pm - toasts/speeches
7:52 pm - SUNSET
8:15 pm - First dances if any - or open dancing
9:00 pm - Cake cutting
10:00 pm - Photography ends // photo booth ends
11:00 pm - End of reception
