These are sample timelines that reflect a 5 & 7 hour coverage that is designed to support a natural, documentary flow while keeping the day feeling easy and intentional. Exact timing can always be adjusted as plans come together. This is merely a draft of a possible timeline to maximize your booked coverage.

10:15 am - Arrive at Richmond Ferry
10:40 am - Ferry ride
11:15 am - Arrive in SF, photos around the pier and the muni ride to SF city hall - or lyft/uber?
11:40 am - Arrive at City Hall
11:50 am - Check in for appt.
12:00 pm - Ceremony appt.
12:15 pm - Ceremony complete, photos with everyone
12:25 pm - move around the interior of city hall for additional photos - 4th floor gallery - for family photos and we’ll then make our way down and out of the building
1:15 pm - Everyone outside steps underneath City hall signage
1:30 pm - Additional outdoor locations within walking distance for additional POV of city hall building
1:45 pm - Make our way to Palace of Fine Arts
2:05 pm - Arrive at Palace of Fine arts for additional photos.. walk around and then also walk across to get views of GG bridge
3:15 pm - End of coverage -

Outdoor Art Club
My wife and I hired Cherlyn for engagement and wedding photos, and we both agree that it was the best wedding decision we made. If you’re ready to move forward, the next steps are simple. I’ll send over a draft of your contract for review. Once everything looks good, I’ll send the final agreement for digital signatures, along with an invoice for the 25% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date.
Once the contract is signed and the retainer is received, your booking is officially confirmed and your date is reserved on my calendar.
